This second year uses the results obtained that have enabled progress to be made in creating methods for agile development of innovative products and services. In this second year, this UX product development method will benefit from people-oriented innovation tools that will be revised and adapted to be used by companies in the Valencia Community region, namely manufacturers of consumer products that are competitive due to their high added value in processes for generating and developing products based on user experience.

These methods will be made available to companies and a repository of structured information files can be used to help manufacturing companies’ development teams apply the methods and foster collaboration between them and the end user, with crucial aspects that will help identify the kinds of tools to be used in each development project depending on its characteristics.

This information will be accessible via the website with an attractive, user-friendly graphic design so that users can easily access the fundamentals of the product development procedure based on UX.
