Aims

Thanks to the line of work initiated with companies in previous years as regards promoting health at work, the need has been identified to carry out customised programmes to promote health and well-being. Today, companies (HR, risk prevention services) admit they are not satisfied with the percentages of participation and level of drop-outs in the initiatives to foster health that they promote. This is reflected in the current situation of the staff’s state of well-being in companies in the Valencia region with high percentages of indicators of alterations such as the quality of rest, musculoskeletal disorders and others.



To tackle this problem, when carrying out this project there will be programmes to promote health selected together with companies, based on their experience and needs. The IBV will create innovative content in programmes to promote health so that they respond to the needs of companies and the parties involved while creating the method applicable to the courses to ensure adherence to them.

During the project, work will also be done together with companies in analysing real cases of implementation and use, enabling the impact to be measured as well as the extent of improvement in factors relevant to the staff’s perception of health and well-being.

Finally, a system will be developed for recommending interventions based on decision-making techniques and ongoing monitoring that will enable the process of assigning and evaluating to be improved.
